Baker St Cottage is a gorgeous three-bedroom cottage in the heart of Mayfield. The cottage features polished timber floors, ornate ceilings, formal lounge and recently renovated kitchen and bedrooms. The cottage sleeps six people. The grounds are fully fenced and house a large garage at the rear and a private courtyard and barbeque area.

The cottage is a 5 min drive to Newcastle University and The Newcastle Entertainment Centre, Showground Broadmeadow. Public transport is available right outside the cottage with buses travelling regularly to Newcastle and surrounding areas. Waratah train station is a short walk from the cottage.

There are many things to do in the Hunter valley region including beautiful surfing beaches at Newcastle. Mayfield and Newcastle have extensive shopping complexes. There are many beautiful parks and waterways all 15mins from Baker Street. Nelson Bay is within 40min of Baker Street and a 45min drive to the vineyards.
